We can provide you a service with a combination of vehicles, please use the
special quotation form and ensure that you include the number of passengers in

We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do
NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. |

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

flight and as a result we will not have send a driver. Your transfer order will
be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no

How do I meet the driver? |
| A: |
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area near the airport information
desk. He will be holding a board with the London Airport Car service logo and
our web page impression. Your name and flight details will be hand written on
this board. Wherever possible we will supply you with the name and mobile/cell
phone number of your driver. The airport information desk is sign posted. The
easiest way of finding the desk is to ask someone. You will find many drivers
with greeting boards standing in various parts of the arrivals area your driver
will be standing near the airport information desk. |

Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time? |

Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on
time, at times it is
difficult to predict traffic and other situations outside of our control. These
instances are very rare 99% of the time we are able to meet your as you exit
